Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care for the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He sits an active member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications and is a contributing author in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children with his wife Leslie.
